About

You have to see these results to believe it! When I write about the immediate changes that occur once the treatment begins I absolutely guarantee that 95% of the time this will happen for you too! I am so excited to give you this advanced type of acupuncture as I know you will be as impressed with the immediate changes as I am every time I treat a patient. Whether you suffer with fertility issues, digestive problems, headaches, nerve pain, muscle pain, fatigue, sports injuries or require back treatment, I look forward to providing you with the same level of care for which I have become renowned. My experienced and dedication make it easy to get you back on track fast! This is an ancient technique using needles at certain defined points to puncture the skin and restore health.

Using a unique medically researched form of acupuncture for pain and health problems we have managed to achieve outstanding results consistently. Acupuncture treatment has been practiced for thousands of years in China and other Asian countries and more recently, throughout the world. It is used as a means of treating and preventing disease. Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific site areas (acupuncture points) along the body’s surface to bring about the required changes in the individual.

The health and pain changes are created by a complex series of events involving local nerve stimulation that sends messages to the brain, which then responds by adjusting the opioid and oxygen levels in the problematic area we are targeting. Acupuncture is an effective, natural and increasingly popular form of health care that is used by people all over the world. Acupuncture helps a person on a body, mind, and spiritual level. Most people think of acupuncture for pain, but it is very effective in treating emotional problems such as depression.

As an acupuncturist I can help people make lifestyle changes. This could be as simple as learning how to breathe properly. I like to check in with my patients to see how everything is going in their life and health, and proceed to give them a personalized acupuncture treatment that addresses their concerns.

Every treatment is unique, as no two people are exactly the same.

“To Help stop confusion I have written this information”

In Australia short courses in ‘dry needling’ are being offered to Physio’s, Chiro’s, GP’s and Osteopaths. It takes only 20 hours to learn to do dry needling! (Acupuncture takes 5 years!). The advanced dry needling course is an extra 8 hours training! Wow!

I don’t know about you but I think myself and the public deserve to know when someone has so little training before sticking a needle into the human body.

The reason it is called dry needling is because it’s against the law to call it ‘Acupuncture’ or use the title ‘Acupuncturist’ as they are not certified or qualified to use these terms and titles.

This is all very confusing for the Australian Public because some of these practitioners use the term Acupuncture and have the ignorance to think they know anything about Acupuncture after a weekend of training. For the best results with all needling, please seek a qualified Acupuncturist.
